This product is made on order. We will manufacture it, especially for you. Please let us know if you want to change the size/finish within 24 hours of placing your order. Typically, allow 4 to 8 weeks for manufacturing and an additional 4 to 8 weeks for shipping. Depending on our manufacturing cycle, your order might be included in an earlier or later container, potentially changing the lead time.

No two pieces will ever be exactly alike due to the handmade nature of our products. We use natural materials such as raw, treated and untreated wood, Rattan and plant material which is a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting, which may result in cracking and splitting. This is a natural process, and the product is not deemed defective in such instances.

Please note: As with all natural materials, terrazzo may develop subtle variation or movement over time. These are part of its natural character and not considered faults.
