Typically, allow 4 to 8 weeks for manufacturing and an additional 4 to 8 weeks for shipping. Depending on our manufacturing cycle, your order might be included in an earlier or later container, potentially changing the lead time.

No two products will ever be exactly alike. Our products are handmade using natural materials, one piece at a time. We use natural materials such as raw, treated and untreated wood, Rattan and plant material, a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting, which may result in cracking and splitting. This is a natural process, and the product is not deemed defective in such instances.
