Any irregularities, colour variances or imperfections in our product should not be considered flaws but confirm this process. Splits and cracks can occur when wood and rattan shrinks as it dries and should not be considered a flaw in our product. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike due to the handmade nature of our products. We do not accept returns for the above-mentioned reasons.
