This product is made on order. We will manufacture it, especially for you. Please let us know if you want to change the size/finish within 24 hours of placing your order. Manufacturing will take 4-6 weeks. Once your order is ready, it will be placed inside our container. Shipping from Indonesia takes roughly 6 to 8 weeks.

To ensure transparency and accurate expectations, please note that items marked as "arriving soon" or "made for you" will require a lead time as they are not currently in South Africa. Lead times may vary depending on the order size and timing. We ship one or two 40ft containers from Bali each month, so please plan for an 8-week wait if your order is "arriving soon" or coincides with a recently shipped container. Pre-orders may require 12-16 weeks.

Additionally, it's important to understand that natural materials, like wood and plant materials, respond to changes in temperature and humidity. This natural behavior might lead to slight expansion or contraction, which could result in minor cracks or splits. We want to assure you that such occurrences are part of the natural maturation process of these materials and do not indicate a defect.
