This item is manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed. Should you wish to make any changes to the size, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for manufacturing and an additional 4–8 weeks for shipping, depending on production schedules and container availability.

As we manufacture internationally, lead times can vary. Depending on where your order falls within our manufacturing cycle and own store production, it may be included in an earlier or later shipment, which could shorten or extend the estimated delivery timeframe. No two products will ever be exactly alike. Our products are handmade using natural materials, one piece at a time. We use natural materials such as raw, treated and untreated wood, Rattan and plant material, a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting, which may result in cracking and splitting. This is a natural process, and the product is not deemed defective in such instances.
