This item is manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed. Should you wish to make any changes to the size, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for manufacturing and an additional 4–8 weeks for shipping, depending on production schedules and container availability.

As we manufacture internationally, lead times can vary. Depending on where your order falls within our manufacturing cycle and own store production, it may be included in an earlier or later shipment, which could shorten or extend the estimated delivery timeframe. For the most accurate lead time estimate, we recommend contacting our office prior to placing your order so that we can confirm current production and shipping schedules.

Each piece is handcrafted using natural materials and traditional techniques. As a result, no two products will be exactly alike, and variations in colour, grain, texture, weave, and finish should be expected and celebrated as part of the product's character.

Many of our products incorporate natural materials such as wood, rattan, seagrass, and other plant-based elements. These materials naturally respond to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting, which may result in minor cracking, splitting, movement, or colour variation over time. This is a normal characteristic of natural materials and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
