If you’d like to adjust the size or finish, please let us know within 24 hours of ordering. Production takes around 4–8 weeks. When complete, your order will be packed into our next container, with shipping from Indonesia taking an additional 4–6 weeks.

Shipping from Indonesia takes roughly 6 to 8 weeks.All products are handmade, one piece at a time, using natural materials. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike due to the handmade nature of our products. Any irregularities, colour variances or imperfections in our product should not be considered flaws but confirm this process. Splits and cracks can occur when wood shrinks as it dries. We will not accept returns for the reasons mentioned above.
