Each piece is handcrafted using natural materials and traditional techniques. As a result, no two products will be exactly alike, and variations in colour, grain, texture, weave, and finish should be expected and celebrated as part of the product's character. Many of our products incorporate natural materials such as wood, rattan, seagrass, and other plant-based elements. These materials naturally respond to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting, which may result in minor cracking, splitting, movement, or colour variation over time. This is a normal characteristic of natural materials and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
